Specification of Die Casting Motor Parts
Die Casting Motor Parts
From metal molds to plastic molds, we have many casting parts and equipment.
According to the type of mold used the casting process can be classified into two categories:
1. Casting with disposable molds.
In the process of casting with disposable molds, to remove the product the mold must be destroyed. So new molds are always needed for each new casting, so the casting process will take a relatively long time. But for some geometric shapes of cast objects, sand mold can produce castings at a rate of 400 spare parts per hour or more.
2. Casting with permanent mold.
In the permanent mold process, the mold is usually made from metal, so it can be used repeatedly. Thus the casting process rate is faster than using disposable molds, but the metal castings used must have a melting point lower than the melting point of the mold metal.
